Crêpes

Although I never cooked or baked myself, I took the initiative to collect all of our family recipes into a digital cookbook. We called it e-recipes. It was probably the first in Banovo Brdo, if not all of Belgrade. I was frequently mocked for needing precise measurements and for even taking on the project in the first place.

Ironically, when Father visited Sister in Stony Brook shortly after she settled there, he asked for my e-recipes during his first week so he could cook for her during his month-long stay.

But when Mother and Father came for my graduation, despite my repeated pleas for crêpes or soup, they did not make a thing for me. They were staying in a fully furnished apartment.
